1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, phone number, login provider, and authentication metadata.
- Usage information such as plan status, quota usage, settings, timestamps, synced history state, long-term memory index metadata, and basic diagnostic logs.
- Content you submit to the workspace, including prompts, uploaded documents, generated outputs, saved chat history, and derived long-term memory snippets for signed-in users.
- Billing information processed by our payment partner or merchant-of-record provider, such as checkout status, customer email, transaction identifiers, and subscription status.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, enforce quotas, improve reliability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal or payment compliance requirements.
3. Service Providers
We use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payment processing, AI model access, analytics, and infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to AnsAI.
4. AI Content
Prompts, files, and generated outputs may be sent to AI infrastructure providers to produce responses. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or regulated data unless you are allowed to do so.
5. Data Retention
We retain account, usage, synced chat history, derived long-term memory snippets, and billing records as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain security. Some chat history and settings may also be stored locally in your browser unless you clear them.
6. Your Choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal, or compliance reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
