Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AnsAI, an online AI productivity workspace that provides AI chat, writing, document assistance, image generation, and related creative tools.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use AnsAI to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or create or sell content prohibited by our payment processor's acceptable use rules.

In particular, you may not use AnsAI to create, request, distribute, or assist with:

• Sexually explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual intimate content, including AI-generated impersonation or deepfake content.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, unauthorized scraping, bypassing platform limits, or instructions for unauthorized system access.
• Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, deceptive impersonation, fake testimonials, or misleading claims.
• Content or workflows that infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Regulated or high-risk activity such as gambling, weapons, controlled substances, illegal goods, financial products, or medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional advice without qualified review.
• Resale of third-party software, licenses, datasets, prompts, templates, or other materials unless you have the required rights.

3. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in business, legal, medical, financial, or other sensitive contexts.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through our authorized payment partner or merchant-of-record provider where available. Prices, currencies, taxes, and payment methods may vary by location. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. If a merchant-of-record provider processes your purchase, that provider may also apply its own checkout and billing rules.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep AnsAI available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security issues, third-party provider outages, or events outside our control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create risk for other users, or use the service in a way that may cause legal or payment compliance problems.
